In 2010, I began to specialise in developing social media, content and influencer strategies to deliver enhanced visibility, pipeline contribution and brand advocacy for businesses. Crowdfluence Ltd was then founded in 2016.

Dell Technologies Forum

Crowdfluence has been in charge of creating and delivering the global social media plan for this global event series since 2016. In 2018, it was re-branded from Dell EMC Forum to Dell Technologies Forum. Our work includes creating and implementing the global social media plan, managing the Dell Tech Forum social communities on a daily basis, planning and executing social media advertising campaigns across 40 countries, coordinating reporting of social KPIs, developing online influencer Crowdchats and much more!

Social Media for Box in DACH

Since 2017, we have been managing the social media presence for Box, a leading cloud content management provider, in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). On a monthly basis, we develop social media content in German, make it available to the wider Box team and share it via all Box DACH social media accounts. We also run regular social media advertising campaigns, online Crowdchats (German and English), and monthly reporting for the German team.

Social Media for Aspect Software

Our first project with Aspect Software, a leader in cloud contact center solution, involved helping launch their Aspect Via solution across Europe with pan-European Crowdchat. Since then, we have managed their German-language social media presence. This involves social content creation, community management, social at events, social media advertising, social listening and monthly reporting on KPIs.

Medidata NEXT Europe

Medidata Solutions, a SaaS solutions provider for clinical trials and life sciences, needed social media support for their 3 European events. We collaborated with the corporate social media team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan, as well as live tweeting. In addition, we managed their presence on Xing and created German content for corporate channels.

Dell EMC EMEA Event Support

Social Media for Events is one of our key services and we have managed this for MANY Dell EMC and Dell Technologies events in EMEA, as well as their presence at third-party events. Just to mention a few: the 2017 EMEA webinar series, Dell’s presence at Dataworks, Strata Data and Computacenter EMEA Kick off 2018, CloudFest, SAPTechEd 2018. We also supported Dell EMC / Tech’s own events, such as Momentum 2016, EMEA Partner Conference 2017, Cloud Service Provider Summit 2018 & ’19, and more. Finally, we were instrumental in creating a “social media at events” blueprint for Dell EMC EMEA.

Dell EMC Unstructured Data Storage

The Unstructured Data Storage team at Dell EMC required social media support for events, webinars, as well as influencer engagement in EMEA. We developed and implemented social media campaigns, such as a series on online influencer roundtables on Big Data and Software Defined Storage. In addition, we have created and implemented lots of social media programs for their webinars, events and thought leadership campaigns. In addition, we supported their Media & Entertainment team with social media programme for IBC 2018.

We are involved in ALL marketing aspects: marketing strategy, branding (we came up with the name ), social media community management, PR, email marketing, event marketing and more.

Information Governance

We created and implemented a social media marketing campaign for this software vendor in 2016, which included community management, influencer research, outreach and a Crowdchat.

Triathlon Coaching, Camps & Events

We developed the business / marketing plan, social and web presence, maintained partnerships, defined and implemented all marketing campaigns, events and kids camps, incl. The Bison duathlon, for this start-up.
